HAPPY HALLOWEEN..
I had a fantastic experience today..I was waiting for the elevator and there was one chic female besides me..i sneaked a look and I was stunned..I knew immediately that her eyes were different..and different they were..!!! black pupil and concentric orange ring as a border !! whew..I was not sure what exactly was that and she said.."aren't they cool (kewl)..."
this took place in less than a minute.. I regained my composure and blurted out "are u pulling my leg??" she said "I just removed my contacts" I said..now tell me the original color and she said BLUE ..we parted by saying happy halloween..
but her eyes were different..man..that was some fun!! actually, I haven't seen any "trick or treat" in two years.. dunno if anybody has!!
neways..
Wanted to let u ppl know..How I miss my favorite spot in the hall..seating against my lazy bag..with a cup of tea and watching a cricket match.. devouring each moment...S A C H I N..12,367 runs and 35 centuries ... !!! He is my maaan!!! I will pay any amount to watch him play.. next to GOD !!!

for the last 3 weeks I am going to the gym regularly (touchwood) and I run too!! (need to take care of my (beer??) belly) . I was having problems with my knee!! they used to hurt in the first round and then the pain would subside but still it hurt!! I thought it could be due to the extra weight (20 pounds in 3 months :( couldn't believe!!) i put up during my trip to India. then aNYa suggested that it is due to the weather change...(aNYa is our dear old DR. CHINTU).... but that wasn't the case.
then i decided that i have to go to the root (foot) of this issue..
and now I am sure (after thorough research) that the problem lies in my shoes..they have really hard sole ..i ran barefeet..i ran with shoes (with different settings of my shoe laces..in the process tightening my shoes to varying degree) these experiments were done every half a mile ..
conclusion and recommendation is RUN BAREFOOT !!!

I am supposed to do some lit. survey and this is what I am doing :)

here in US i just love the way they speak english..kinda... u know... like... simply amusing!!!
Buffalo in winter is F R I G I D...as is most of Northern US..and it sucks.. :(
i'll get my wintergear ready now.. I miss Indian Summers!!!! I really do...

whats in a name anyway??? i was wondering why i have given such an absurd name for my blog. Basically i have this feeling.. why to write a blog...in any case I share my ideas with my close friends..thats that..
but now my views have changed..it is fun sharing your thoughts with everyone. the problem is that you do not have the comp. at your disposal whenever u wish to put up a post. 'mobile computing' :( sigh
(actually I had slept throughout the Virtual Reality Course :D )
reading other blogs is really fun..great experience..
is it that the blogs are a reflection of one's character??

even though i have not been writing i am reading all the blogs that i usually read..concerned ppl should take a note of this..
i am reading the book by Rudi Guiliani named LEADERSHIP... i have been thru' the first two chapters..interesting read..but i think my attitude is totally sceptical..will write in detail...once i go thru' it myself.
read arundhati roy's 'Power Politics'...(power as in power generation ;) ) ..i do not agree with some of her views..related to HINDU hardliners..but her views are globally acknowledged and that is why i wanted to read the book...
in her own words excerpts from the book (page 85), about RSS shakha...

having resolved all the issues with my comments section i expected atleast 1 comment...from the person to whom i asked to go and see it... :( :(
after a long day this is not what one expects..

long time no updates..could not help..!! I had to study seems like a good reason! nothings new ..old routine...
aNYa put up his blog under lot of peer pressure ;)
I still have to see how to add comments (even after shantya telling me over the phone) ...may be this weekend :)
lets hope my blog survives my habit of procrastination...
