read Chinmay's blog about engineer being killed by unknown armed men..just because he raised his voice against the 'corruption'..IIT engineer working on Highway Project..standing upto his ethics, values...working in Bihar..getting killed..
straight out of a movie rt?? D I S G U S T I N G :(
i dunno how and to what extent common man is supposed to bear all?? and why should he?
I had a talk with my friend Bryan and he owns guns...He is rather hyper when it comes to self defense, guns and all the gizmos with that..He says he won't go down without a fight..and i am sure he won't with all the arsenal stored at his place, he could fight an army..:)
byw..I am not sure what are the laws( for common ppl :( obvi.) in India regarding gun possesion. I am all for them..like rifles sold over the counter to anyone here in US. One should have little protection..I guess..
As it is crime scenario is bad..
related to India..read an article on rediff about indian policies as regards to travel/tourism and the way foreigners have to pay different amount everywhere ( I personally noticed this at Agra-Taj Mahal). Leaves us with a lot of things to ponder...
