ugach bhankas!!!

It was pretty uneventful fortnight (obviously after my Las vegas trip with Ajya..as he rightly says it was bizzare..I will add what I liked most...here goes....)
So I met ajya at Flagstaff (I met anya last year at the same spot!!) and then we set off for Vegas..we reached there in the night walked like crazy..had unbelievable ride (atleast for me..Ajya cha maaaj chalu hotach ;) but its OK!!) at Stratosphere
That ride is called BigShot..
" The bigShot shoots you, at 45 mph, from the 921 foot level to the 1,081 foot level in 2.5 seconds..then lets you free-fall back to the launching pad..You hit 4 G's on the way up and then 0 G's as you float out of your seat on the way down"
Maaaan....that was some ride!!! rightly touted as "Blast out of this world"..and we enjoyed this ride at 1 A.M. :)
so all in all..in 32 hours I was in the bus for 16 hours and then other time was having fun!! Fortunately I was dozing most of the time :) so the staying up the whole night was not a big deal :) and after that adrenalin rush at Stratosphere..I was satisfied to the fullest extent with my trip .. If you are satisfied with urselves life is a bliss !!!


PS: When I don't blog for a while I visit Shantya's Blog ..and it is just the same as I had last seen it ..this last should be read as last 100 times or so... :P !!! I remember all the comments as well!!! and this dude is blogging for well over 2 years.. So I feel pretty normal..and then I Blog again..Kudos to Shantanu !! Jai Ho!!

I am craving for independence..in every possible form, through every possible way!

Today was a lucky day so to say..I spotted a wild coyote in the south mountain state park..a favorite hiking spot right in the middle of Phoenix! And add to that a wild rabbit ! the weather was nice (because it rained last week) and everywhere it was green (not lush obviously ;) being in the desert)..then went to ASU to watch a Marathi movie..it was pathetic..as Ajit had told..but still..had vada pav-I should admit that it was the main attraction for me! Nice day..feeling good :)

this one goes to my wrist watch..a very dear thing !! its been with me for 8 years now :) actually we are inseparable..like best of buddies..i never take it off (some ppl think its horrible to do so).. even while taking a bath or while i am fast asleep..its always there..proverbial second skin :) I still remember how excited I was when dad bought me this watch..Timex Atlantis..after i cleared the 1st phase of national talent search..10th Board exams were approaching..i was thrilled..after that it has withstood Buffalo's frigid weather, depths of swimming pool, hot showers and what not !!
I love it so much that radhika, my wife to be, is so very jealous of this cute littel thing!! Neways..too much of praise and appreciation is not good..I better stop!!
